How Do I Clean Up My Email?
A lot of the time, disk space is used up by leaving emails on the server.

Once you have downloaded your email to Outlook, there is no need to keep the email on the server indefinitely.

To clean up your email, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to your webmail via your browser. The address will be similar to http://webmail.yourdomain.co.za
  2. Logon to your webmail. Username is your email. Your password is the password sent to you that you have used for Outlook
  3. Once you login, we recommend using Roundcube to read your email.
  4. Select all the emails and select delete. You will have to do this per page.
  5. Clear your trash.

To prevent this happening again:

You can set you Outlook to leave the message on the server for 2 months maximum (in Advanced Options)
