How To Use This Ticket System

This is where you log any queries when it relates to your website, hosting or billing.
Please note that this is not for BMS, LMS, ELP or system queries. Please go to for those kinds of support queries.

All notifications from the ticket system will be received in your inbox via the email These are automated emails.

TAKE NOTE: All emails you receive will have a ticket number in the subject line. Please understand that each ticket number refers to a different issue. You can reply to ticket emails and it will log automatically but they are easier to manage via the web interface.


Your tickets are easier to manage via the web interface. It is a more summarised view of liaison between you and our team than trying to search through emails.

  1. Navigate to in your browser.
  2. Make sure you are on the correct system.  We use different systems.Make sure yours states that this is the ticket system for the Jetweb Support Team.
  3. Sign in to see all your tickets or open a new ticket.
  4. Sign In: We have enabled account creation for security purposes so please create an account if you have not already done so.
    If you use the email address you have used for past tickets, you will see them all after your account is created.
  5. Open a New Ticket: To open a new ticket, click on Open a New Ticket and fill in all the fields.
  6. If all else fails, please contact Jetweb on 011 719 0700 to gain telephonic assistance on how to use the system.  Please note that you can also email This is a more central email address that is monitored but we would prefer if you could use the ticket system.
